The channeled interior surface works with any standard vacuum sealer to draw air fully from the bag before the heat bar closes. Once sealed, it's airtight, odor-contained, and tamper-evident — the bag must be cut to open and cannot be resealed without a machine, giving every step in the supply chain a visible integrity checkpoint.
