Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on select items. Currently, we do not ship internationally on our web site. Please email sales@dragonchewer.com for international  or special shipping requests. Most orders are processed and labels are created within 24 hours (excluding the weekend). Please allow 1-2 days for processing. We do our best to process same day, but some exceptions do apply. If an order is placed and a shipping label is already created, the customer is required to pay the fee and additional postage for any changes.

Please double-check all intended sizes, colors, and quantities before placing your order. We do our best to size products, but ultimately it is the customers’ responsibility to ensure proper sizing to fit their intended product.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses – If the customer used an insufficient or incorrect shipping address, we are not liable for lost or missing packages. Please review your shipping address and verify it prior to entering it at checkout. If an order is undeliverable or an incorrect address is provided, the customer is required to pay the fees and shipping costs to resolve the issue.

Customers have 14 business days from when the order was received to report any of the following:

  • Damaged, lost packages or items, or to request a return.
  • Defective products.
  • If customer is at fault (wanted different size/color), the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and will pay the return shipping label cost.
  • If Customer is not at fault, all fees will be waived.
  • If the order is rejected, the Customer will be responsible for the return shipping label fee.
  • If product is used, missing parts or damaged, the sale will be considered final.
  • All returned items should be shipped back in their original packaging, or equivalent secured, traceable packaging.
  • All sales are final on customization orders.
  • Our web store does not store payment information. Once an online order is placed, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.
  • All returns will receive store credit only.
  • Select sale products may not qualify for returns.
  • All orders by distributors, drop shipping or wholesale tagged accounts are final sale.

*Our free shipping option is only economy shipping. It’s for the United States only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
