SHIPPING POLICY
We ship fast and keep it simple. Here's what to expect from the moment you place your order.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and have a shipping label created within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding weekends and holidays). We do our best to process same-day, but this isn't guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on select items. Free shipping is economy/ground service and applies to the contiguous United States only — Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Eligible items will show the free shipping option at checkout.
International Orders
We do not offer international shipping through our website at this time. For international or special shipping requests, please email sales@dragonchewer.com and we'll find a solution.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Dragon Chewer is not liable for lost or missing packages resulting from an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Label Changes After Purchase
Once a shipping label has been created, any address changes or modifications will require the customer to cover the additional postage and fees involved.
Product Sizing & Specifications
We provide detailed product dimensions and specifications for every item. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that sizing, colors, and quantities are correct before placing an order. If you have questions before buying, reach out — we're happy to help.
