REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Dragon Chewer. We stand behind our products and want you to feel confident every time you order.

Return Window

You have 14 business days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, report a damaged or defective item, or flag a missing package. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned in original packaging (or equivalent secure, traceable packaging)
  • Accompanied by your order number

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items (missing parts)
  • Custom or personalized orders — all customization sales are final
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Orders placed under distributor, drop-ship, or wholesale-tagged accounts

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Dragon Chewer's fault (wrong item sent, defective product, lost package): we cover re-shipping costs, no questions asked.
  • Customer's choice (different size, color, or quantity preferred): the customer pays return shipping and a 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Rejected delivery: if you refuse or reject a shipment, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and notify you of the outcome within 1–2 business days. Approved returns are issued as store credit only — no cash or card refunds. Credit will be applied to your account within 1–2 business days of approval.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Contact us at sales@dragonchewer.com within 14 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm PT).

Order Changes

Our web store does not store payment information. Once an order is placed and a shipping label is created, we are unable to make changes to your order. Please double-check your cart before checkout.
