Yes — free economy/ground shipping is available on select items. Look for the "Free Shipping" banner on eligible product pages. Free shipping applies to the contiguous United States only (Alaska and Hawaii excluded) and is not available on distributor accounts. There are no tariffs or hidden fees added at checkout.

Most orders are processed and have a shipping label created within 24 hours. Please allow up to two business days for processing. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), with carrier pickup occurring between 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM PT. What happens if I enter an incorrect shipping address?
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If a package is undeliverable or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Dragon Chewer is not liable for lost or missing packages resulting from an address error at checkout. If a label has already been created, any address change will require the customer to cover additional postage and fees.
Do Dragon Chewer's products ship to all 50 states?
Yes. Dragon Chewer sells packaging supplies — not cannabis — so our products ship legally to all 50 states. Free shipping applies to eligible orders in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations require contacting our sales team directly.
Returns & Refunds
What is Dragon Chewer's return policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 business days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original or equivalent secure packaging. The following are not eligible for return: used or damaged items, custom/personalized orders, sale/clearance items, and orders under distributor, drop-ship, or wholesale-tagged accounts. How do I report a damaged, defective, or missing item?

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 1–2 business days. Approved returns are issued as store credit only (no cash or card refunds) and are applied to your account within 1–2 business days of approval.

What are the lead times for custom packaging?
Custom labels and direct print orders typically take 12–16 business days from proof approval. Custom sleeve boxes (such as the CoverLock slider) take approximately 20–30 business days post-proof approval. Custom mylar bags generally range from 25-45 days depending on current production capacity. Expedited custom options may be available — contact us to discuss your timeline.
What file format is required for custom artwork?
For the best print quality, we require an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file that is vectorized and fully outlined. We can accept .pdf files for most jobs, but print quality will be limited to the resolution of the supplied file. When you place your custom order, we will provide a template for your designer to work from.
Does Dragon Chewer offer custom mylar bags?
Yes. We offer both custom labels for mylar bags and custom direct digital print on mylar. Our direct digital print option features a low MOQ and fast turnaround. Yes. We offer label application in-house for most of our packaging products. This means you can receive your packaging fully labeled and ready for processing or retail — saving time and reducing per-unit costs compared to applying labels yourself.

Many of our products are child-resistant (CR) certified, and several product lines are exclusively CR. All CR products are designed to meet CPSC standards under the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA), the federal framework underlying most state cannabis packaging requirements. Are Dragon Chewer products recyclable?
All PP (polypropylene) and ABS products in our catalog are 100% recyclable. We encourage customers to recycle packaging after use.
Does Dragon Chewer offer eco-friendly or sustainable packaging?
Yes. Dragon Chewer is actively expanding our sustainable packaging line. All HIGHLOCK made-in-USA products use an EcoPure® additive that accelerates the natural biodegradation process (ASTM D-5511 and USDA certified).
