  • Batch Number: A unique batch or lot identifier linking the product to its certificate of analysis (COA) from a licensed Oklahoma testing laboratory.
  • Testing Laboratory Name: The name of the licensed Oklahoma testing lab that tested the product.
  • Manufacture / Harvest Date: The date the product was processed, manufactured, or harvested.
  • Expiration Date / Use-By Date: Required for edibles and products with a defined shelf life.
  • Warning Statements: OMMA mandates specific warning language on all cannabis product labels, including:
    • "For use by registered medical marijuana patients only. Keep out of reach of children."
    • Impaired driving warning
