I haven’t received my item. What can I do?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation number and any other relevant information. We will be sure to respond within 24 hours during the work week.
Can I return what I ordered?
You sure can! We offer a 14 day return policy. However, if you have used, broken, or lost any of the products we cannot authorize the return. Buyer will pay return shipping unless it’s a mistake on our side. We will pay return shipping if we sent you the wrong product. Funds will be refunded once we receive the product and confirm it’s as stated. Please read below on the detailed process.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will pay shipping if the product sent was broken or incorrect based on the invoice. If you incorrectly ordered an item, you will have to pay return shipping.
